Criminal Law Mock Test Experience: Lessons Learned

criminal cuet_pg intermediate experience_share

I recently attempted a mock test for CUET PG Law and got a decent score, but there's always room for improvement. Section-wise, I did well in the MCQs on the Indian Penal Code (IPC) - got 28 out of 35 - but struggled with the descriptive questions on B.R. Ambedkar's States and Minorities (BNS). In that section, I scored just 7 out of 15. I realized my weakness lies in understanding the nuances of Articles 29 and 30 of the Constitution.

I scored decently in questions related to sections 300 and 302 of the IPC, but faltered when it came to the specific provisions under the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC). My weak areas are the BNS section and CrPC sections, particularly those related to bail and arrest procedures. To improve, I need to focus on developing my understanding of these areas and practicing more descriptive questions.

Main aapke post par comment kar raha hoon! Main Criminal Law Mock Test ka experience puri tarah se samajh gaya. Main agree karta hoon ki regular practice aur self-assessment sabse aham hai, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki time management bhi bahut zaroori hai. Kuch baar main socha, aapko kya yeh bhi cover karna chahiye?

Criminal Law Mock Test Experience: Lessons Learned - Main Thread.

I'm totally with you, guys! I recently attempted a mock test in our Criminal Law subject. I felt the questions were way too complex and time-consuming, just like real-life court cases. We should practice more with real-life examples to improve our analytical skills. Kya aapke paas bhi koi suggestion hai?
