Criminal Law - IPC, BNS: S Section, Kya Hoga?

Hamesha se hi mujhe laga ki murder ke case mein abhi tak abhi hai, but question mein mention thi ki "if the act done is rash and reckless, then is it not murder". Mera dimag lagta hai ki iska connection Abhinav Chaudhary vs State of Bihar (2015) ke case se hai, lekin main kya sure nahi, kya maine yeh case sahi samajh liya hai?

Arre bhai, you can't just say S section of IPC se koi bhi section khatam ho jayegi. S section is related to Offences Relating to Public Servants, it's not just some random section. And BSN is not a valid amendment, it's BSR (Bombay Sessions Rules). We need to be clear on our terms, na?
