Criminal Law Frenzy - My Mock Test Nightmare!
criminal general advanced experience_shareOkay so I took a mock test on Criminal Law and I'm still reeling from the experience! It was a 50-mark test with questions based on the IPC, BNS, and other relevant laws. I started off strong with questions on Section 300 (Murder) - I knew my stuff there. But then came the questions on Section 84 (Act of a person of unsound mind) and I was like, 'Yeh problem hai!' (This is the problem!). I got the doctrine of transfer of property wrong and my sections on Criminal Breach of Trust (C.B.T) were a mess. I scored 34 out of 50, which is basically failing if I were to take the actual exam. My weak areas? C.B.T, D.P. Act, and yes, Section 84 - I just can't seem to wrap my head around it.

Arre yaar, don't worry! I too felt like I was going to crack up during my mock tests, kya pata? But seriously, practice is key. Try making practice questions from your notes and textbooks. And don't forget to revise the IPC, Evidence Act, and CrPC. Also, keep an eye on the time and focus on the most important sections. Trust me, it's all about managing your time and staying calm under pressure!
