Sec 120B says conspiracy means if two or more persons agree to do an unlawful act, they can be prosecuted even if the act isn't completed. In this scenario, X, Y, and Z had agreed to murder P, so they can be convicted under Sec 120B, even though the actual murder was committed by someone else.
