Par kya hai yeh, yeh IPC wala dhongi dhongi karta hai. Ek to bas ek Section 84 ka dhyaan rakhna padta hai, toh usmein bhi koi logic nahi hai. Woh bhi uske mental condition par depend karta hai. Aur agar uske mental condition ka proof nahi milta toh woh bhi kis baat ka?
Ek baar maine ek case dekhaya tha, Rajesh v/s State. Woh bhi Section 84 ka plea kaala tha. Par woh bhi kya proof deta hai ki wo mental condition mein tha?

Mujhe lagta hai (I think) Criminal Law ka complexity kafi zyada hai (is quite high). Main hamesha (always) sochta hoon (think) ismein reforms karni chahiye (reforms should be made). Kuch specific sections jo bhi complexity ka kand hai (are the biggest source of complexity) unhein simplify karna chahiye (should be simplified). Aur kuch bhi (and some other things) aapke views please share kare.
Bhai, I feel u! Criminal law is indeed like a maze, full of twists and turns. From IPC to CrPC, and from procedural laws to substantive laws, it's a complex web. We need more clarity and consistency in our laws to avoid confusion and ensure justice. Do we really need a complete overhaul or just some tweaks to make it simpler and more effective?
