Crashing and Burning: My Property Law/TPA Nightmare

I'm still reeling from my last exam, and I'm not just talking about the marks I got. Property Law was a beast I thought I'd tamed, but it turned out to be a monster. I spent hours memorizing the Transfer of Property Act, but when it came to applying it, I just couldn't. I'd get stuck on some minor point and then the whole thing would fall apart. The same with Property Law, I knew all the sections, but when it came to practical application, I'd freeze.

I realize now that I was just trying to mug up the Act instead of understanding it. My strategy was to cram as much as I could before the exam, but it didn't work. I'm changing my approach from now on - I'm focusing on practicing more past questions and case laws related to TPA and Property Law.
