Cracking Torts in a Crunch Time
torts judiciary beginner schedule_helpBhai, I'm freaking out! Judicial Services exam is around the corner and I still haven't touched Torts properly. I have 6 weeks left and I'm feeling really underprepared. My plan is to cover the entire syllabus from scratch, starting with the basics of Negligence, Trespass, Nuisance, and then moving on to Master and Servant, Rylands v Fletcher, etc. I'm planning to make notes, watch video lectures, and maybe even do some online quizzes to test my knowledge. But I'm not sure if this is enough. Should I be focusing more on case laws like Donoghue v Stevenson, Rylands v Fletcher, and Muncipal Council of Bombay v Kumar, or should I be going for more modern cases like Velliappa v Mohan and the recent Indian cases? Any tips, please?

Yaar, don't worry, Torts is manageable, I repeat - manageable! You just need to focus on basics of torts (actus reus, mens rea, etc) aur kuch common cases, like Rylands v Fletcher, Donoghue v Stevenson. Practice past questions aur make notes, don't read entire book, just key points. Study with friends, group discussion is also helpful. And remember, Torts is not that tough, it's all about logical thinking. Stay calm, aur aap to pase hain!
