Cracking the Code of Administrative Law
admin du_llb advanced experience_shareAlright guys, so yesterday I attempted the mock test from the DU LLB Entrance material and I'm still trying to pick up the pieces. I scored a whopping 68 out of 100 in Administrative Law. To be honest, it was a disaster. I bombed on the questions related to Judicial Review (Section 13, 14, etc.) from the Constitution of India (Article 226, Article 32, etc.). I got only 3 out of 10 questions right on the principles of State Action and I think it's because I didn't revise the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) rules properly.
On a better note, I did okay on the questions related to Statutory Rules and Orders, but I'm not sure if it's enough to secure a good rank. I'm planning to revise the whole chapter and focus more on the Judicial Review part for the next test. Wish me luck!
Main aapke view se nahin samjhta, administrative law ko crack karne ke liye humein sirf statutes aur rules nahin padhna chahiye. Humari judicial review system aur PILs ki bhoomika sabse zyada aham hai, jisse hum administrative decision ko chunauti kar sakte hain. Isse humein administrative law ko dekhne aur samajhne ke liye sirf legislation aur doctrine hi nahi padhna padega.
