Cracking IP in Limited Time for CLAT PG/AILET PG
ipr clat_pg intermediate schedule_helpI'm stuck with limited time for studying Intellectual Property for CLAT PG/AILET PG and I'm freaking out. I've made a rough plan, but I'm not sure if it's enough. Here's what I have so far:
- Read Ratanlal & Dhirajlal's IP law book from cover to cover (I know, it's a thick book, but I'm hoping to get the basic concepts right).
- Go through the IP sections of the Mulla's Principles of Intellectual Property by N. S. Bindra (another heavy book, but I've heard it's a must-read).
- Make flashcards for key concepts like trademark, copyright, patent, industrial designs, and geographically indicated goods.
- Practice past year CLAT PG/AILET PG questions to get a hang of the exam pattern.
Is this plan too ambitious? Should I prioritize one book over the other?
