Cracking CUET PG Cyber Law: Don't Get Bugged by 66A

cyber cuet_pg intermediate mentor_advice

Listen up, juniors! Cyber Law and IT Act can be a nightmare if you don't approach it the right way. I know many of you have been stuck on Chapter 3, trying to make sense of 66A, but trust me, don't get too bogged down. The key is to understand the concept of 'grossly menacing message' and how it relates to section 67. Don't just mug up 'cyber cafe' definition; try to recall the cases like Rajaratnam (2015) vs Union of India, which have actually put this section to test. Similarly, be aware of the implications of S. 79 (3) and how it saves intermediaries from liability. Lastly, make sure you're comfortable with the various definitions of 'intermediary' and 'telegraph' in S.

Yaar, koi baat nahi, 66A aajkal nahi lagega. Lekin CUET PG Cyber Law ka paper acha hai, aapko theory clear karna hoga. Section 66A ko remove karne ke baad, Cyber Law me kai changes aa gaye. Aapko CCI, Information Technology ACT, IPC, Computer Laws etc. clear karna hoga. Practice sets aur previous years me focus karein, aapko accha score milega.

Main samjhta hoon ki aapne 66A ke baare mein kuchh likha hai, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki yeh kahaani purani hai. Section 66A ko 2015 se repeal kar diya gaya tha. Aaj ke Cyber Laws ke liye aapko Section 153A, Section 505 aur Information Technology Act, 2000 ka adhyan karna hoga. Aapko cyber laws ki samasyaon ki understanding aur unke baare mein updates hona chahiye.
