Cracking Constitutional Law with M.P. Jain's Textbook
constitutional general advanced coaching_reviewM.P. Jain's Constitutional Law of India is an iconic textbook in India, and I swear by it for Constitutional Law prep. The chapters are well-structured, and the author's explanations make it easy to grasp complex concepts. I found the flowcharts and diagrams in Chapter 7 (Separation of Powers) super helpful in visualizing relationships between executive, legislative, and judiciary branches. The case summaries are excellent, and I loved the inclusion of landmark judgments. One downside is that the text can get a bit heavy on theory at times, so you need to stay focused. Still, I'd recommend this book to anyone aiming to score well in Constitutional Law, especially if they're new to the subject.
