Cracking Company Law in 30 Days: Don't Bother

I took a course with this 'expert' who claimed to crack Company Law in a month. They provided a 500-page study material that resembled a jumbled mess of irrelevant facts and outdated case law. The 'quick fixes' included ridiculously oversimplified flowcharts and mind maps, completely ignoring the complexities of the subject. They even 'explained' Khanna's theory with a diagram of a bicycle, like it's some sort of mechanical engineering problem. I was stuck on Chapter 7 (Merger and Amalgamation) for a week, wondering if I'd ever make sense of it. Their sample questions were also laughable - completely unrelated to actual exam patterns. Needless to say, their promises were utterly fake.
