Cracking Austinian Positivism - So relieved and happy

jurisprudence ailet advanced success_share

Yepp, guys, finally I get it. Austinian Positivism, the theory of law, where the truth about laws is not in their moral or social content but how they're enforced. I mean, I've been stuck on this concept for weeks but today it clicked. I was reading Jeremy Bentham and John Austin, and suddenly it all made sense. I realized how they emphasized the importance of laws as commands issued by a sovereign authority, and that's what makes them law. No ifs, no buts, no moral justification. It's what the law says, how it's applied, and that's what matters. I'm so relieved I finally understand it - AILET prep is getting real, folks!
