Crackin' Intellectual Property in Limited Time for JS
ipr judiciary beginner schedule_helpArre, friends! I'm struggling to study Intellectual Property for Judicial Services (JS) prep. My current plan is to read the subject's NCERT book, scan the notes available online, and attempt a few mock papers. But I'm worried it's not enough - I've seen the weightage given to cases like Burndeal (1932) vs. Harrods Ltd. and others in the JS syllabus. I've been trying to make time for it amidst my heavy LLB coursework, but it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack! Can someone kindly guide me on how to efficiently study IP for JS? Should I focus on the basics of trademark, patent, and copyrights, or is it necessary to dive into international agreements and EU laws? Koi idea dijiye, please!
