Cracked the Puzzle of Matrimonial Property

At last, I finally understood how the Family Courts (Amendment) Act, 2021, deals with matrimonial property under Section 7 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. It was a tough nut to crack, but I kept going back to the bare act and taking notes. Now, I can confidently say that I know how 'acquired' and 'gifted' properties get divided in the event of divorce. I scored well in my exams and got a good grade. It was a sweet feeling, and I'm so relieved that I don't have to worry about it anymore. The concept clicked when I read Section 27 of the Family Courts Act, 2021, which talks about the property of minors. It all started making sense then. I'm really glad I persisted and didn't give up.
