Cracked Section 65B Evidence Act
evidence bar_exam advanced success_shareUff, finally! I was struggling with Section 65B of the Evidence Act for my LLB and UPSC Law optional. You know, that pesky provision about admissibility of electronic records? I was getting it mixed up with 65A. But today, I had an epiphany while revising for AIBE. I realized that 65B is all about the conditions for admissibility of electronic evidence, like proper certification and authentication. I practiced some questions and it all clicked into place. I scored 8/10 in a mock test, feeling like I've conquered the world! Now, I feel more confident for both my Bar Exam and UPSC. Next stop: mastering the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) and leaving the Evidence Act behind.

Hey guys, cracking Section 65B can be super frustrating, I know I've been there too. But don't worry, it's not the end of the world. It's all about understanding the nuances of the section. Just remember, it's not about copying someone's tweet, it's about who has the original tweet. Keep practicing, you'll nail it!
"Section 65B ka baap-beti relation toh sabke samajh mein aata hai! Uss section mein, computer-generated documents ke sambandh mein proof kiya jaata hai. Imagine aapne favorite restaurant se order kiya hoga aur unhone iske proof ke taur par uske screenshot bheja honge.
"Nah man, 65B ko to chunautiyan hi bahana nahin maana ja sakta, bas isse apne khilaf evidence aane se bachne ke liye use kiya ja sakta hai. Lekin main yah bhi samajh nahi paya, kya hum yeh keh sakte hain ki unke paas computer wala document hai isse hi evidence ban jaega?
Section 65B me ek bahut hi mahatvapoorna parivartan hua hai. Isse digital evideince ka upyog adhik swasthya banaya gaya hai. Ab digital evideince ko kisi bhi adhikarik vyakti dwara parikshan karne ki aavashyakata nahin hai. Bas ek affidavit karna parega. Lekin yah yeh bhi dhyan mein rakhein ki affidavit mein sahi information aur authentication jaroori hai.
