CPI vs Industrial Design - kya difference hai?

ipr du_llb beginner question

Main to sabhi laws padh raha hoon par yeh IPC ki sections aur Industrial Design Act ke rules bahut confusing lag raha hai. CPI mein koi bhi innovation product ka copyright diya ja sakta hai na. Lekin phir bhi Industrial Design Act mein bhi design ka protection diya ja raha hai. Main samajh nahi paya ki industrial design aur patent ki difference kya hai aur aisa kyon hai. Kitne logon ne industrial design ka protection liya hai? Aur yeh konsi process hai?

Kya aapke paas kuch examples ho jahan industrial design ka use kiya gaya ho? Main to aap se kuch light mein padhne ke liye utarna chahta hoon. Plz help!

Arre, mere dost, CPI aur Industrial Design dono hi intellectual property ka hi ek part hain. Lekin CPI mein manufacturing process ki jaankari share ki jati hai, jabki Industrial Design mein design ki jaankari share ki jati hai. Industrial Design Protection hai registered design ki protection ki jaankari, whereas CPI mein kiya ja raha hai unki jaankari share hoti hai.

Saara baat yeh hai ki CPI aur Industrial Design dono hi intellectual property ke under aate hain, lekin ek different category mein. CPI (Copyright, Patents, Industrial Designs) aapke kya kiye huye unki vartmaan yojanaon aur innovation ko rakhta hai, jabki Industrial Design aapke design ki protsahan karta hai jiska focus product ka aesthetic hai.
