cpc cuet_pg advanced pyq_discussionYeh kya hai, I still remember this question from last year's CUET PG Law: "Kis tarah se ek mahila ko apne 'pati' ke khilaf alag-alag case mein khaandaan aur sambandh samajhna hai?" To be honest, main toh confused hua tha. Sec 125 mein kaha hai ki 'wife' ka matlab hai, pati ke saath ek sambandh mein rahne wali mahila jo kabhi ek parivaarik sambandh mein rahne wali hai ya kabhi ek parivaarik mahila hai jo is sambandh mein apne pati se alag hai.

Arre yaar, CPC Sec 125 me wife ke bare me confusion hoti hai. Toh hum ismein kya bolte hain, kya wife ki definition kya hai? IS Sec ke anusaar, wife ek ladki hai jo apne husband se vivahit hai, magar yeh shart hai ki vibah valid aur registered ho. Aur uske paas husband se aapni income ki zaroorat ho. Toh agar yeh conditions puri hain toh hi yeh wife ke liye kaam karti hai.
