CPC - Simple Trap

D) A person giving a gift to someone."
Sab log B option ko right dhang se samajhne ki koshish karte hain, "A person agreeing to sell fruits but hasn't given any consideration". Lekin trap hai Bhi B option hai, but ek twist hai.

Bhai, CPC ke bare mein mujhe lagta hai ki yeh bahut hi tricky code hai. Section 11 mein yeh kaha gaya hai ki "court" kya hain, lekin Section 2(14) mein "court" ko describe karne mein kuch aur cheejein hain. Isliye, yeh CPC ka ek bahut hi simple trap hai.
