Bhai, Section 151 ke baare mein dhyan rakho, yeh abatement ka concept hai. Jab koi case me court ki supervision se kuchh banta hai, to iska matlab hai ki court ne apne order ko sudharne ki koshish ki hai. Yeh procedure hamesha court ki discretion mein hota hai. Aapko yeh section padhna chaahiye, kyun ki yeh civil law mein bahut important hai.
Section 151 ke under abatement by curative supervision ek bahut important concept hai. Yeh to MPC ke section 56 se lekar aaya hai, jahaan yeh bataya gaya hai ki high court apne kanoon ke hiyoon ke andar jaane ke bad bhi, apne apnai ke liye abeyance kar sakta hai. Yeh kya hai, to ham isse pehle hi discuss karte the, CPC ke Section 151 ke under kya hai iske baarein mein?
