CPC Mock Test Review

I took CLAT UG mock test 3 today and CPC was a disaster. Got 8 questions wrong in just 30 mins. My weak areas - CPC (Civil Procedure Code) rules for suits, appeals, revision, and transfer of cases. Don't know why but even the simple ones like 'Which of the following is not a ground for transfer of a suit?' had me confused. I knew the grounds, but couldn't remember if a particular one was excluded. I also messed up on CPC questions where parties are mentioned, e.g. 'Who can file an appeal against the judgment of a District Court?', it was a no-brainer but somehow my brain froze. Score: 65. Need to practice more on CPC rules and make flashcards for parties involved.
