CPC MCQ: Doomed to Fail?

cpc judiciary advanced mcq_debate

Maine aur mera dost, Rohan, Judicial Services ke liye CPC ka paper chuda hain. Humne ek MCQ padha hai aur hum dono galat answer chunne ke liye kaat rahe hain. Question: "When a company goes into liquidation, the liquidator can take possession of the property of the company on the date of the order of liquidation." Saath hi, "the date of the liquidation order means the date on which the liquidator takes charge."

Mujhase lagta hai ki correct answer is "the date of the liquidation order" kyonki liquidator ki posting date se, liquidator ka kaam shuru hoga.

Yaaar, I totally get where you're coming from! CPC MCQs can be super tricky, especially with the options being so similar. I've been there too! But, I think we can't give up yet! With consistent practice and revision, I've started to get a better grasp of the subjects. Let's keep pushing and not let those MCQs get the best of us! Who's with me?

Bhaiya, don't worry yaar! CPC MCQs are tough, but not impossible to crack. My friend cracked it last year and now she's a DLSA officer. Key tip: practice with online tests and focus on sections like limitation, pleadings, and res judicata. Also, try to make your own flashcards for tricky topics. You'll be a master of CPC MCQs in no time, Insha'Allah!
