CPC: Consumer Rights vs. Protection of Actionable Claims

Yaar samajh nahi aaya, help karo! We're studying CPC and I'm super confused between Consumer Rights and Protection of Actionable Claims. Agar koi consumer products ka purchase karta hai aur doosre product se zyada quality wala products ka purchase nahi kar sakta hai toh wo consumer rights ka upayog karega. Le kinare, agar koi company products ki galti ke liye khaatrey mein hai, to phir company ka kya hoga? Kyun Protection of Actionable Claims ka concept bhi use karna padega? Kya yeh dono hi ek jaise hi hain?
