Amit and Ramesh are neighbors living in an apartment complex in Mumbai. Their dispute started when Amit installed a CCTV camera on his balcony to monitor his property. Ramesh claims that the camera's view intrudes into his privacy and he feels disturbed. Amit, however, says that the camera is installed at an acceptable height and does not capture any part of Ramesh's property. They tried to resolve the issue amicably, but it has not been resolved yet. Amit has recently increased the camera's viewing angle, claiming that it was necessary to capture images of an ongoing property dispute between him and the building society. Ramesh is now seeking a legal remedy.
