Covaxin vs Covishield: Which One Has the Better Intellectual Property Protection?

So you're prepping for CLAT PG or AILET PG and you're worried about that one chapter on Intellectual Property. I get it. I've seen some of you all confused between patents and trademarks and copyrights. Here's a simple question. The Covaxin vaccine, made by Bharat Biotech, has a patent filed by the Indian government. On the other hand, Covishield, made by AstraZeneca, has a patent filed by the University of Oxford. Now, let's say, I want to manufacture Covaxin in my garage (which I won't, because, well, I don't have a garage, and even if I did, I wouldn't). Which one would I be infringing on - the patent filed by the Indian government or the University of Oxford?
