Coping with MH CET Law: Help Needed for Admin Law

I'm literally losing it with Admin Law, especially with CPC's long orders and CrPC sections popping up everywhere. I've already spent sleepless nights studying but still can't grasp the concepts. I've tried the usual suspects - D D Basu, A G Noorani, M P Jain, but honestly, their books are so heavy and boring. I've also watched some lectures on YouTube but they don't provide the depth I need. Can someone please recommend some good notes or a book that's easy to understand and specifically focuses on MH CET Law? I've also heard that Prof. Palkhivala's videos are great, but I'm not sure if they're available online. Help me out, please!
