Contract vs. Agreement: Kya hai difference?

Contract ek written agreement hota hai, jo parties ke beech pehli tareeke se banata hai. Whistle India Ltd v. Union of India mein Supreme Court ne yeh samajhaya ki contract ek binding agreement hai, jo parties ke beech ek tareeke se banata hai. Lekin Agreement to koi bhi document hota hai, jo parties ke beech ek samjhauta hai, lekin woh aapko Contract ka darja nahi deta.

Contract ek formal agreement hai jo bina conditions ke sign kiya jaata hai, jabki agreement apni marzi se conditions ke saath ho sakta hai. Ismein, sharton ka adhikansh samay fixed hota hai. Isse pata chalta hai ki kya hoga agar terms & conditions man lene par bhi nahi kare.
Agree! Contract and Agreement hain related terms, lekin difference hai. Contract ek legally binding document hai, jisme deal ki terms aur conditions hoti hain. Agreement bhi ek deal hai, par yeh legally binding nahi ho sakta, yad ki agreement unke beech ki baat hai, jismein donon parties mutually agree karte hain.
