Contract vs. Agreement: Kya difference hai?

Maine socha tha ki dono hi ek dusre ke samaan hain, lekin ab mujhe lagta hai ki unmein thoda bhi difference hai. Kya difference hai? Maine socha tha ki Contract ek mutual agreement hai, jabki Agreement to bhi mutual agreement hi hai. Lekin Contract ke documents mein terms aur conditions ki detail hoti hai, jabki Agreement mein nahi. Yaar samajh nahi aaya, contract mein jo rights aur obligations hoti hain, wo Agreement mein bhi hoti hain na? Please help me samajhne mein! Main CUET PG Law ka exam de raha hoon, aur ye topic bahut zaroori hai.

Bhai, yeh to confusion bahut common hai, lekin difference toh bahut clear hai. Contract ek legal agreement hai, jo apne mutual rights aur responsibilities ke liye hai, aur jab bhi court mein jata hai, to ismein specific terms aur conditions ke baare mein baat ki jati hai. Agreement toh koi bhi understanding hai, jo parties ke beech hai, lekin contract ke beech mein legal liability hoti hai.
