Contract of Adhesion vs Free Consent - Can Contract of Adhesion be Enforced in Indian Courts?

I'm still trying to recover from last semester's fiasco, but my Contract teacher made me think - can a person be forced to agree to something against their will? I'm thinking, yeah, contract of adhesion is basically when a consumer has no say in the terms and conditions, it's just a take-it-or-leave-it deal. But can our courts really enforce it?

My friend said, "Arre, it's not like we're asking for much, just enforce the consumer protection laws!" But others are saying, "Nah, it's all about free consent, if someone agrees, then it's their problem."
