Contract Law: Where Did I Go Wrong?

Dekho, last year DU LLB entrance mein yeh question padha tha: "Distinguish between implied and express contract. Explain when a promise is an offer and when it's an acceptance." (Ref: CrPC/BN SS).

Maine socha tha I understand Contract, aur phir paper happened 💀. Question was tricky kha ki maine yeh socha tha implied contract is just an express contract without writing, but kya hai actually scenario in which implication happens? Offer aur acceptance ka koi bhi exchange nahi hua hote to kya kya implication hai?

Correct approach hai, isme pahle offer ki definition check karna hai, and phir uske basis par acceptance ki cheezein understand karna hai.
