Arre, I think you guys are missing the point. Unfair conditions in a contract don't necessarily mean they're voidable. We need to look at s.3(2) of the UPA and see if there's a significant imbalance in the parties' rights and obligations. Unless we can prove that, the condition's still valid, even if it seems unfair. It's not just about feeling kaadhi, it's about the law.
