Contract Law Study Hack: "P's and C's

contract clat_pg intermediate study_tip

Yaar, I remember this one thing that helped me recall the types of consent - express and implied. Jab tum log mock tests dete ho, I needed something quick and this worked: "Papa's Cake" - Papa is Principal, Cake is Contract. The more obvious ones (e.g., Express - Direct/Captioned, Implied - by Conduct/Inquiry), I linked to the first letter of the word (P for Principal, C for Contract). This simple association made it easier to remember. Don't know if it's foolproof, but it helped me pass CLAT PG. You guys got any better tricks?

"Bhai, maine aisa kaha kyonki yeh sach hai! P's aur C's mein se kuch khaas bataye jaate hain: Performance, Price, Place, Payment, Possession, Prevention of breach, Promissory estoppel, Penalties. Yeh sab P's aur C's ka part hain jo contract ki validity aur enforcement karna zaroori hai.
