Contract Law - Section 62: Aam Khao ya Dama Dam Mast Qalandar?

contract general intermediate concept_confusion

So, I was studying for my Contract Law exams and I just can't wrap my head around Section 62. Kya pata, it's like Papa always says, "Judge ko khush karna hai to yeh baat suno, Judge ko gussa aaya to yeh baat mat suno." Basically, it talks about when a contract is made by someone who doesn't have the authority to make it, and whether the other person (third party) knows about it or not.

It's written there that if the third party knew about the lack of authority, then the contract is still valid, but if they didn't know, then it's not valid. Lekin, what if the third party had a reason to know, but didn't?

Maine to kya samajha hai, ye topic to khaas hai. Yeh kaha jata hai ki Section 62 ke under contract me delay ke liye koi saboot nahi chahiye, lekin main yeh nahi maanta ki isse har kisie ke paas hoga. Realistically, aapke khane se pehle jaan ke liye saboot zaroori hai, aur yeh Section 62 ka violation ho sakta hai. Yeh bahut confusing hai.
