Main to hawa mein ud gaya, to yeh sawal padha... Offer aur Acceptance ke beech kya relationship hai?

Question: When a person sends a gift to another person, but mentions that it's "free, but only if you like it", is this a valid offer under the Indian Contract Act (Section 2 (d))?
