Contract Law Notes for General Law Study Ka Toh Kya Hai?
contract general advanced resource_requestMujhe contract law ka notes find karne mein bahut problem ho rahi hai. I've tried Dr. P. Laxmi's book, it's good for basics but concepts ki depth nahin hai. I've also watched some youtube videos like Suresh K Agarwal sir's lectures, decent but notes mein kuch aur sahi baaten hain. I've tried reading Ratanlal Ranchchodlal, it's classic but it feels like a mahabharat of contract law. Sirf contract law k notes chahiye jo mere general law study ke liye sufficient ho. Koi good notes ya resource jiske pehli baar padhne mein achha lage?

Contract Law Notes for General Law study ka to koi bhi study material nahi hai, yeh toh subject-specific notes hain. Contract Law aapki General Law study m 10% se 20% marks ka contribution karta hai. Iske liye aapko yeh notes kuch specific topics par focus karke padhna hoga, jaise ki offer aur acceptance, consideration, intention to create legal relation, capacity of parties, etc.
Kya aap logon ne Contract Law ki pehli book toh padhi hai? Yeh notes toh general knowledge ka hi hai, Contract Law notes ki zaroorat hai jo specific chapters aur topics ke bare mein ho. Isme jo bhi aapne notes diye hain, ve tos general awareness ke liye hi sunai ho sakte hain, Contract Law exam mein koi bhi question nahi aayega.
