The author explains the Indian Contract Act, 1872, section by section, and provides examples from landmark cases like Shreeram v. Shankar Ram.
However, the examples can get a bit too simplistic at times, which makes it less engaging for students who've actually read the case judgments. I had to read the actual judgments to get a deeper understanding. Also, the book lacks any sort of critical thinking exercises or case analysis sheets that would've helped me develop those skills. Nonetheless, it's a good starting point, but don't rely solely on it, 'kay?
