Contract Law Made Easy: A Reality Check

I'm using R. K. Shevgaonkar's 'Contract & Specific Relief Act' notes for judicial services coaching. His explanation of the difference between Offer and Invitation to Treat in cases like Carlill v. Carbolic Smoke Ball Co. is spot on! Papa used this very example in a court case, and the judge actually laughed (not at papa, though).

However, I find his notes to be a bit heavy on the theory and light on practicing questions. For instance, there's a detailed explanation of the concept of 'Pre-contractual statements' but hardly any sample questions to test our understanding. It's a good resource for understanding the basics, but I wish he included more practice sets to make it more realistic. Still, it's a solid starting point, and papa says it's one of the better contracting materials out there.
