Thoda experience ke baad pata chala ki humhare CLAT textbook mein Contract ke bare mein to baat ki gayi hai, lekin practical mein woh kaisa hota hai. Internship par, ek case mein maine dikhaya ki Contract ke under ek agreement banaya gaya tha, lekin usmein ek third party ka mention tha, jiska pata nahi tha kisi se bhi. Pehle mein socha tha ki woh ek third party liability ka case hai, lekin baad me pata chala ki woh ek novation ka case tha, jismein us third party ne apni liability ko transfer ki thi. Inka pata nahi tha ki novation kitna important hota hai.

Doston, ek reality check toh hai hi contract law ka, bas. Ab hum khud se sochte hain, contract kitni bar guarantee hai. Mere paas example hai, bas. Ek company ne employee se contract sign kiya, phir employee ko kisi bhi sawal ke jawab dene pade, toh company ne usse notice diya ki ye contract badla diya hai. Yeh kaisa hai? Contract kitna reliable hai?
