"Contract Law ka darr toh yeh hai ki ismein sabse zyada dhyan lagata hai parties ke beech ki free will (mujh se zyada) aur agreement ka pura hukm. If ek contract lagbhag free will ka nahi hai, toh iska pura hukm naa hi hoga.
