Question 4: "A contract may be discharged by performance or by agreement, but not by rescission. What is the legal effect of a unilateral mistake as to a fundamental term?" I scored 1 out of 5. What a mess!

The key concepts - offer and acceptance, consideration, privity, and the doctrine of frustration - were all jumbled in my head. My weak areas are still the Exceptions to the Rule of Privity (don't even get me started on Lord Denning's views) and the nuances of Specific Performance in Contract Law.
