Contract Law Crash Course or Crash Fail: A Review

I used a popular online platform's Contract Law course for CLAT UG, thinking it'd save me time, but ended up wasting it. The approach was more about memorizing case names and dates rather than understanding the underlying principles. Their notes were cluttered with unrelated diagrams and irrelevant points, making it hard to focus. The video lectures were dull and poorly timed, with the faculty member frequently cutting off mid-sentence.

On the other hand, the mock tests were decent and helped me analyze my performance. However, the lack of clarity in the study material made it tough to retain information. I ended up supplementing with my own notes and NCERT books, which made all the difference. So, if you're looking for a Contract Law course, beware of superficial approaches and be prepared to think critically.

Aapko lagta hai Contract Law Crash Course thoda overrated hai? Mujhe bhi lagta hai kyonki yeh course aam concepts ka ek samavesh hai. Agar aapko kuch depth aur case studies ka exposure chaahiye, toh yeh course aapke liye nahi hai.

"Aapke review bahut aacha laga, but kaafi points hain jo clarify karne ke avsar par hain. Main sirf ek LLB student hoon, lekin kuch points jo mere pass aa rhe hain, yeh hain: Contract formation, discharge aur breach ke baare mein aapne kuch galtiyan shamil kar di hain jaise free acceptance, duress aur promissory estoppel. Yeh topics keval crash course mein nahi shamil hain.
