Contract Law Crash Course by Dr. Poonam Saxena

contract du_llb advanced coaching_review

Yaar, I had my share of struggle with Contract Law in DU LLB entrance. But then I stumbled upon this crash course by Dr. Poonam Saxena and it changed the game. Her approach is simple - focus on case laws and practical application. She explains the basics in a way that even a novice like me could grasp. For example, she emphasizes the importance of analyzing case laws like Kishan Chand v. Sumer Chand, which is not even mentioned in most of our study materials.

The only downside is that some of the chapters can be a bit lengthy, and if you're someone who likes to speed-read, you might get bogged down. But trust me, her explanations are worth taking the time for. Also, some of the illustrations and examples could be more contemporary and relevant.

Yaar, I thought the crash course was just a beginner's guide to Contract Law, but it covers the Arbitration Act bhi. Don't know if I'd call it a crash course, though, coz it's quite comprehensive. If you're a 1st-year student, it's a good refresher, but may be a bit too much for 5th-semester students.
