Contract Law Coaching Ka Dabav: My Internship ka Reality Check

contract general advanced coaching_review

I used Dr. Avtar Singh's Contract Law material for my coaching classes back in university, and I thought it was great. The way he explains the Sale of Goods Act 1930, for example, was like a breeze. But, in my internship, I saw contracts get dismissed in court because of minor loopholes. It was eye-opening. I realized that my professor was right - the devil is in the details. Dr. Singh's material is good, but it's not enough. You need to know the practical applications and loopholes too. I wish they had included more case studies, like the famous Harshad Mehta case or even the recent Vijay Mallya case. It would've given us a better understanding of how contract law works in real life. Still, I think Dr. Singh's material is a good starting point.
