Contract Formation: The Devil's in the Details
contract du_llb beginner exam_panicBhai, I'm freaking out here, exam in 3 days and I still don't get this one thing - what's the difference between acceptor and offeree in the context of offer and acceptance in contract formation? My notes say "offeree can accept the offer by words or actions" but then I read Mohanlal case and it says "acceptance must be by words or conduct that unequivocally point to acceptance". What the heck is unequivocal? I've read this a million times but still can't get it. Anybody else having the same problem or am I just being silly? I've been studying since morning and still can't get this one thing straight. I feel like I'm gonna bomb the exam...
