Papa told me, "Beta, you know about the offer and acceptance part, but what about the other three?" I was like, "Papa, that's where I'm stuck!" Then he taught me this trick: think of it as aai ki dukhdiya shart (my mom's bitter tea) - it's got to be strong, and each condition has to be just so, or the contract formation won't happen.
I made a silly little song to remember: "Offer, acceptance, consideration, intention, capacity - these four are necessary, and the fifth is the acceptance in the same way!" (acceptance in the same way means not revoking the acceptance). It's not a foolproof method, but it helped me a lot to grasp the concept.
