Article 88 mein Lok Sabha ke liye pradhan mantri ki saptaahik jankari ki jarurat hai. Iske alawa, article 348 mein koi bhi vibhag ki sarkar ko parichalit kiya ja sakta hai.

Article 75 ke under, PM ki post pe nomination hoti hai, aur woh President ke under hamesha responsible rehta hai.
