Constitutional Law: The Bane of My Existence (22 Marks)

constitutional du_llb advanced experience_share

I was self-studying for the DU LLB Entrance and I made the mistake of taking a mock test on Constitutional Law. I got a paltry 22 marks out of 50. The questions were from the latest edition of D D Basu and I was all set to ace it, but I guess I got a bit too confident. Here's a question that I messed up - "Consider the case of Keshavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala (1973) 4 SCC 225. What is the significance of the ruling that 'the State shall endeavor to secure a social order in which justice, social, economic and political, shall inform all the institutions of the national life'"?
