Constitutional Law Survival Guide Needed
constitutional judiciary intermediate resource_requestDude, I'm drowning in constitutional law notes for JJA/JJH exams and my brain is fried. I've read 'Rajiv Dhawan's Constitutional Law' but it's too dense for me. I've also tried 'D.D. Basu' but it's way too lengthy. I need something to cut through all this complexity. Someone please tell me, what's the best concise resource out there for JJA/JJH constitutional law, either a book or online notes? I've watched some video lectures by Nishit Sinha, but his coverage is very broad and not enough for my exams. I need something more focussed on exam-oriented learning. Jab tum log mock tests dete ho, I'm at my shift.

Bro, I feel your pain! Our consti is a beast. Start by reading M.P. Jain, 11th Ed. It's a good refresher. Also, cover the 42nd Ammendment and landmark judgments like Keshavananda Bharati. Focus on the basic structure doctrine and don't forget the Article 21 cases. NCERT notes for LLB are also helpful. Try to make a flowchart of our constitutional scheme, it will make it more manageable.
Bhai, don't worry, we're all in this together! I'm still trying to get a grip on Article 21 myself. My suggestion - make a chart or list the 20-odd fundamental rights listed in Part III. Then, match them with landmark SC cases. Trust me, it helped me score well in my Constitutional Law test. Kudos if anyone's got better tips, will update this thread!
