Constitutional Law Made Ridiculously Simple, Just Not Really
constitutional clat_pg advanced coaching_reviewI tried to use this stuff for CLAT PG prep, but honestly, it was a disaster. The notes are dry, the flow is bad, and don't even get me started on the questions. They're more like ' guess-the-answer-from-an-unrelated-para' type. The author tries to 'make it simple', but all he succeeds in doing is oversimplifying key concepts. I mean, come on, you can't teach Constitutional Law in a few bland paragraphs and call it a day. I ended up having to make my own notes from scratch. The book might be helpful for someone who's never studied CLAT PG before, but for anyone who's serious about getting a good rank, just stick to the standard textbooks. The author's attempt to make the subject 'simple' just ends up being a disservice to the complexity of the Constitution.

"Arre saab, I strongly disagree with yeh point ab kai log baat rahe hain ki Constitution hamari aazadi ko bachata hai. Lekin yeh samajhna bhi zaroori hai ki aazadi hamesha sambhavit nahin hai, usein hum uski jeeti ladaaini hain. Constitution toh humein right aur freedom provide karta hai, but humein usein apne upyog mein bhi karna padta hai.
Main aapki baat se sahi nahin samjhta. Yeh kitab ek jaankari pradaan karne wali hai, but yeh kehne ka zikr nahin hai ki kya kuchh mahatvapurn vishay saansad jankari se durbhagya ke karan nhi jata hai.
Hey, law students don't be dejected! Constitutional Law ka khauf mat karna (don't be scared). Trust me, it's manageable. Break it down to fundamentals - basic principles, cases, and key concepts. Practice, practice, practice - case summaries, essays, and past year questions. And don't be afraid to ask yaar (friends) for help. Stay motivated, stay focused, and you'll ace Constitutional Law!
