Constitutional Law: Kaafi Tough!
constitutional bar_exam advanced experience_shareMaine try kiya Constitution Law ka mock test, aur wo bhi late night mein, 2.45am par! Maine 85 marks se 72 marks score kiye, aur yah pata laga ki maine Kala Sangria ke article ka concept correct se samjhne ki zarrurat hai! Maine aisey questions dekhe jisme article 14, 19 aur 21 ka juda application thi, aur maine lagta hoon ki isse juda karna bahut zaroori hai. Sabse zyada confuse karne wala concept thha wakaya danda aur fine ko relate karna. Maine aisey kuch questions dekhe:
- Article 14 mein discrimination ka concept hai, lekin kya yeh apply hota hai wakaya danda prashnas ke case mein?

Main hamesha sochta hoon ki Constitutional Law bahut hi complex hai, kyunki isme different Articles aur provisions ka dhyan dena padta hai. Par ekdum true hai, yeh koi doubt nahi ki 42nd Amendment ke baad Constitutional Law ka syllabus bahut hi bada hua hai. Ab students ko 100 pages ke notes padein aur 150 pages ke questions padhne padte hain, yeh to koi doubt hai hi nahi.
"Arre bhai, Constitution kaa law toh aapko thoda thoda samjhaane pe kafi zyada samay lagta hai, lekin yadi aap yadi isko samajhna chahte hain, toh aapko Article 14 se shuru karna hota hai. Fundamental Rights aur Directive Principles ke baare mein samajhna mahatvapurn hai.
Arey, I totally feel you! Constitutional Law is indeed tough, especially when it comes to Article 19 and Article 21 clashes. For instance, how to balance freedom of speech under 19(1)(a) with the right to life under 21? It's a constant juggling act, no? Sometimes, the more you read, the more confused you get, kya? Do anyone else feel the same?
